From the onset of meeting with Ms Temples in my search for an apartment in a short timeframe - Ms Temples was professional, courteous along with being attentive and empathetic to my dilemma. Always prompt for appointments to tour, following up on prospectives in a timely manner. I am now an occupant in a newly built building/apartment due to Ms Temples diligence. Highly recommend!

This KW Legendary team is such a wonderful group of professionals who are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market on Long Island, NYC and the boroughs. My experience with the Legendary office has always been pleasant. It doesn’t matter who is in the front office it’s as if the training is exactly the same. I appreciate the warm greetings when I show up to work and I never had an issue. Great experience all around!

I had a great experience with the company including the real estate agents, technicians, and brokers. I would strongly recommend the Keller Williams Team for anyone interested in buying a house. However, I would like to especially shout out Ms. Linda Chen. Ms. Chen was single handily the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient real estate person I have had the pleasure of working with. She answered all of our questions and really took our interests into account when looking into properties. Thank you again everyone!

Subject: Revised Review for Keller Williams Legendary I would like to provide an update regarding my previous review of Keller Williams Legandary regarding the unsolicited advertisements on my property. I appreciate the agency's willingness to acknowledge that this incident was not in line with their usual policies. The note explained that she hired youth for the summer to distribute flyers and the company’s protocols were not followed. While the situation was regrettable, the agency's response demonstrated their commitment to rectifying the issue. Moreover, I would like to mention that the owner of Keller Williams Legendary, Lydia Temples, personally visited my home to apologize for the incident. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time, but she left a note expressing her apologies. This gesture further underscores the agency's sincere desire to address the matter. Considering the agency's and Lydia Temples' efforts to address the issue and their proactive approach to customer satisfaction, I have decided to reconsider my initial one-star review. While the unsolicited advertisements were an inconvenience, the agency's explanation, Lydia Temples' personal involvement, and their genuine efforts deserve acknowledgment. I adjusted my review to reflect the understanding that mistakes can happen in any business, and it's the willingness to address and learn from them that truly matters. I hope this experience leads to improvements in communication and ensures that similar incidents are prevented in the future. Thank you to Ms. Temples for taking the time to explain the situation and for demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. I look forward to more positive interactions in the future.

My family and I are moving to New York from Texas for a job. As you would think, Texas and NY are much different when it comes to housing prices, utilities, and other things. Lily and Joe are hands down the best realtors we've worked with as we have been house hunting for months.
